2 days...

The excitement at Trinity is overwhelming!  The kids are beyond ready for Christmas and their energy is contagious.  What a wonderful blessing it is to work with children who remind us what a special time of the year it is.  It's an even bigger blessing to be able to work in a place where kids understand that the true meaning of Christmas is the birth of our Savior.  It's remarkable how well our kids understand that.  It's also amazing to see how the students want to pass that on to our community in the form of generosity to the Personal Needs Pantry.  God has blessed us abundantly at Trinity.

Spiritual Parenting Thought of the Day:
Making mistakes and taking risks is part of what helps our children unfold into who they are meant to be.

Bible Verse of the Day:
“The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel” (which means “God with us”).

– Matthew 1:23 (NIV)

Christmas Cantata

Were you there on Sunday?  What an amazing thing it was to witness our annual Christmas Cantata and our students so joyfully living out there faith and sharing the Christmas message and the story of Jesus' birth to our community.  Our school is blessed with so many talents...from our students, to our teachers who help our students sing, perform, and witness.  I've heard many times over people say that this was their favorite Cantata yet.  It was a simple and clear portrayal of the classic story.  So easily accessible and ready for people to accept into their hearts.  Our students are amazing and I'm so proud of each one of them.

Spiritual Parental Thought of the Day:
Enjoy your parenting journey and delight in creating a busy but balanced life. You can do it--beginning right now! Start by deciding what your guiding priorities are -- write them down.

Bible Verse of the Day:
Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
